Harry Hill narrates a selection of camcorder calamities and viewers' mobile-phone footage, including a pensioner in a spin, a puppy performing a head stand and a countdown of the top five most agonising cycling moments.

Take Me Out – 7.15pm

A professional golfer from Essex, a wedding singer from Wigan, a Glaswegian fitness model and an undertaker from Dagenham enter the `love lift' in the hope of impressing 30 single women - but first they must get the female participants to keep their lights on as a sign of approval. Last week's couples go on their dates to discover whether they are a match made in heaven or hell. Paddy McGuinness presents.
