After the excitement of Mark Beaumont's Highland Line Challenge, we're all looking forward to the next steps in this year's STV Appeal challenges.
First in the saddle, literally, is popular weatherman Sean Batty who is heading for the Northern Isles on his bike. And you can all get on your bikes, too, come September in the frehs'n'lo Pedal for Scotland ride from Glasgow to Edinburgh, where the STV Appeal is the main beneficiary. And there will be news of another Dance Marathon this year coming soon.
